Will combines commercial instinct with a belief in the power of brand and emotional connection, driving the Group to deliver products and experiences that genuinely improve people’s lives.

Her leadership has strengthened customer engagement, colleague development and operational standards, creating a culture of continuous improvement that underpins the Group’s reputation for service excellence. With extensive retail leadership experience, Sue plays a key role in shaping Mobilitas Group’s strategy for growth.

Jane Bunting joined CareCo in 2017, taking on the challenge of building its first HR function as the business grew from 80 employees to a nationwide workforce. She now leads dedicated teams across the Group, overseeing every stage of the employment journey – from recruitment to retirement – and shaping workplace cultures built on growth, respect and trust. A champion of wellbeing, fairness and community in and out of work, Jane has been instrumental in embedding company values across CareCo and the Mobilitas Group, creating an environment where colleagues feel supported and connected to wider business goals.
Steffi Pullely

Steffi Pullely joined CareCo in 2021 and has since made a transformational impact on the company’s product strategy and operational efficiency. Drawing on experience from Procter & Gamble’s European operations, she established CareCo’s Product Management Department and introduced a structured approach to new product development that has supported significant range expansion. With a background in retail marketing and project management, Steffi now leads product planning and innovation across the Mobilitas Group, ensuring each brand continues to deliver thoughtfully designed, competitively positioned products that meet the evolving needs of customers.

Since joining CareCo as Head of Marketing, he has led integrated campaigns, digital transformation and brand development across ecommerce and a growing national showroom network. Before joining CareCo, Marc led major consumer accounts at a full-service agency, shaping award-winning campaigns that blended creativity with commercial focus. At Mobilitas Group, Marc oversees marketing strategy, guiding digital transformation and customer engagement to deliver meaningful, measurable growth.

Adam Randall joined CareCo in 2021 and plays a central role in shaping the Group’s technology infrastructure through a period of rapid expansion and multiple site transitions. Progressing from Quality & Compliance Coordinator to Systems Manager, he now oversees all IT operations across the Mobilitas estate – from networks and software to telecoms, AV and digital systems. Leading a growing team, Adam is instrumental in implementing key business platforms and ensuring the Group’s systems are robust, connected and fit for future growth.

Natalie strengthens governance and efficiency while ensuring every part of the Group operates safely, responsibly and to the highest regulatory standards. Her background in international compliance and operations brings a global perspective to Mobilitas Group’s ongoing growth and evolution.

Kirsty Macpherson joined CareCo in 2018 and has since played a key role in shaping the Group’s supply chain strategy and operations. Moving from sales into purchasing and supply management, she has driven major improvements in systems, automation and process efficiency across multiple UK sites. Kirsty was instrumental in preparing CareCo’s system transformation, leading large-scale data and stock management projects to streamline performance. She now oversees supply chain operations across Mobilitas Group, ensuring every brand can deliver products efficiently, reliably and at scale.
